Location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Secure parking but only if you request it. Pet friendly. Elevator to ease access.

Small central hotel, location perfect for us. There are a few parking spaces inside the courtyard, one of which the staff took the trouble to reserve for us and that made our stay even more secure and convenient. Finally, I left a jacket behind and the hotel staff (thanks Morgane!) very kindly posted it to me here in the UK.

Friendly, helpful staff on arrival..Simple entry system to hotel at all times...good location for me..10 mins from both centre and station..exactly what I was looking for on a rugby weekend

Location was great. Hotel has elevator. Comfortable bed. The room was clean as well as the facilities.

Great location, the lady at reception was so friendly and nice. Would highly recommend, ther breakfast although extra was very good. The only negative was the entrance to car park, very tight but doable. Would stay again if in the vicinity.
